3. Design and Detailing of Project

4. Quantity Surveying (Bill of Quantities)

5. Contract Documentation

6. Invitation to Quote / Tender

7. Evaluation and Interim Reporting

8. Appointment of Contractor(s) / Sub-Contractor(s)

9. Construction Arrangements

10. Programming

11. Construction Monitoring including Cost, Quality and Progress Control

12. Site Inspections, Site Meetings and Site Instructions

13. Certification of payments

14. Certification of Works on Completion including Structural Certification where applicable

15. Evaluation and classification of defects in terms of scope and severity (structural risk)
