The Quality Control and Monitoring service relates to the convenience and accessibility of construction sites for their respective Consulting Engineers.

The key objective of this service is to assist engineers who find the travel time and / or other factors of a project to be too time consuming and require more time to focus on design related aspects of projects.

VSA Engineers offers to monitor construction and the correct implementation of specifications according to the appointed Consulting Engineers, those of which may be described as above.

Quality Control and Monitoring is applicable to construction disciplines such as mass earthworks, layer works, steel reinforcement configurations, concrete strength and casting, etc.

Scope of Services

The Scope of Services included in Quality Control and Monitoring are as follows:

1. Project coordination (if the responsibility of the Consulting Engineer)

2. Compilation of Minutes of Meetings

3. Monitoring of correct implementation of specifications

4. Issuing of Site Instructions

5. Design consultation for site specific conditions

6. Compilation of detail drawings for Site Instructions

7. Site Inspections as required

1. Certification of correct implementation of specifications for, including but not limited to:
